Lunch hour pause-and-restore

Join us Thursdays at noon for a mid-day pause that will help you renew, restore and clear the mind.
This drop-in class is offered weekly as a 40 minute live Zoom session. The class offers a chance to reset and re-center in the middle of the work week. The session includes a blend of relaxation practices, gentle movement to mobilize the major joints and stretch the body, and a period of focused meditation with attention to the breath. No yoga mat or spandex pants required!
There will be opportunities for questions, comments, and sharing after the class concludes.
