About the teacher

Tracy McShan

Tracy has been facilitating mindfulness classes and groups for 20+ years. She is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher having completed the certification program under the direction of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.  She is also a certified leadership coach, and is passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals and teams toward greater compassion, meaning, and purpose. Tracy currently works as a Customer Education and Onboarding leader in the Educational Technology field.

What to expect in each session


This course series is free. It is offered in co-sponsorship with First Unitarian Church of Dallas.
