A guided hour of mindfulness meditation

At the end of a week filled with busyness and concerns, the Saturday drop-in class is a way to start your week-end by reconnecting to meditation and every-day mindfulness.
In this 60-minute session, you will be
- gently guided through relaxation and grounding exercises
- centering your body and mind
- inviting stillness and calm
At the end of the session you will be guided through a short practice inviting you to open to your greater wisdom and care – in service of your own healing, the people around you, and the greater world.
In between, there is time to talk about the process and insights of meditation, and for sharing experiences, questions, and discoveries.
