Join us for an 8-week journey to heal from the pain of being in a relationship with someone who is narcissistic.  Whether this person is a parent, partner, sibling, child, or someone else in your life, this course will help you understand the effects these relationships have on those closest to them.

With this understanding comes specific tools to help heal and move past the pain to a healthier, happier you.  Mindfulness helps the emotional reactivity, and Self-Compassion helps heal the underlying wounds that make us susceptible to these relationships.

Each week, Alfie and Shannon will provide education on an aspect of “Narcissistic Abuse” and guide you through exercises designed specifically to heal from these painful experiences.
